Terms and Conditions

There will be no additional time for the duration of registration and payment.

A conference payment is required for two papers or two posters. Authors of the submitted abstracts for presentation must also make separate registration for the conference by filling in the Registration Form. One author who pays the Registration fee can send two abstracts at most.

Each applicant can submit up to two abstracts.

The registration fee has to be paid only by the author/s who will present the abstract and want to receive the Certificate of Attendance.

Papers can be presented orally or using a poster. All the papers have to be presented in order to be included in the Book of Abstracts and Book of Proceedings.

An acceptance letter to the conference should be previously obtained from the Scientific Committee.

Completing the payment process for the registration does not guarantee any interested parties that they will receive an Acceptance or Invitation letter upon payment. (Please do not make any payment without obtaining visa (if required). Conference Organization Committee doesn't provide any kind of visa support letter or service. For the participants of the conference only Acceptance Letter will be provided upon the approval of their abstracts).

Authors of accepted papers are invited to register, make payment, attend and present their research paper at one of the conference sessions.

If the participation fee is not paid during the determined period of time, the abstracts and the full text proceedings will not be included into the conference program.

Filing requests for Refund/Cancellation will be available until the 15th of April 2017. The fee will be refunded within 15 working days starting of 15th of April 2017. After a 20% cut-off. Refund requests will not be taken into consideration after 15th of April 2017.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline within each project. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all registered participants. Galaxy Group reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Galaxy Group cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Galaxy Group has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Galaxy Group Cappadocia cannot be held responsible of changes and cancellations beyond our control such as vis maior situations.

For the guest participants (accompanying family member) such as spouse and child, package prices are as follows;
0-2 ages is free of charge,
3-6 ages pays 50 % of total price

****A twin room has 2 separate single beds. If you are staying in a twin room, please note the name of the person you would like to share the room with. Otherwise, the system will randomly place you with one of the participants.
